Board Certified & Fellowship Trained Reproductive Endocrinologists
Dr. Kaufmann earned board certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. This distinction, a subspecialty of gynecology and obstetrics, requires a physician to complete an additional two to three years of fellowship training and ongoing certification requirements. In fact, fewer than 800 physicians in this country are board certified reproductive endocrinologists.
Dr. Patel is board eligible. Physicians are board eligible as soon as they complete their fellowship training. This means they have completed the necessary training and are preparing to take their board exams.
